We are now accepting pre-orders for a limited number of the figurine “ULTRAMAN × TRANSWOOD | CHUKOU – Chukou –,” created to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Ultraman series, and the photographic art piece “ULTRAMAN × TRANSWOOD × Mineko ORISAKU.”

To commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Ultraman series, we are producing and selling a limited edition of 60 pieces of artwork titled “ULTRAMAN × TRANSWOOD | CHUKOU – Chūko –.”
Due to popular demand, only two Kintsugi models remain available for order. We will be exhibiting and accepting orders for these pieces at our upcoming pop-up event, so please take this opportunity to view the works at the Hankyu Men’s Tokyo venue.
■ About the Work
“ULTRAMAN × TRANSWOOD | CHUKOU – Chukou – ” is a one-of-a-kind artwork created by fusing TRANSWOOD, Japan’s advanced 3D printing technology, and the traditional kintsugi technique, all under the shared message of “protecting the Earth” championed by both ULTRAMAN and TRANSWOOD.
Of the limited run of 60 pieces, 50 are original models that allow you to appreciate the subdued texture and presence of the lacquer finish.
The remaining 10 pieces feature a special design incorporating the traditional Japanese technique of “kintsugi.”
Because they are finished by hand, each piece is one-of-a-kind, making these truly unique, limited-edition models.

Collaborative Artwork with Photographer Mineko Orisaku
To commemorate the 60th anniversary of Ultraman’s debut, hide k 1896 has unveiled a special limited-edition piece created in collaboration with photographer Mineko Orisaku.
Using the eco-friendly material TRANSWOOD® as a base, Orisaku’s unique photographic technique—“Haku Photography®”—which incorporates gold leaf, a traditional Japanese material, fuses Ultraman and Mount Fuji into a single image.
This is a one-of-a-kind work of art that embodies the shared message of “Protecting the Earth” from both Ultraman and hide k 1896 through a fusion of materials, tradition, and photographic expression.
This product will also make its public debut at a pop-up event, where it will be available for purchase on a made-to-order basis. We have a limited quantity of each of the four designs available.
