Additionally, this event is a pop-up collaboration with "mikio ART," and we will be exhibiting and selling collaborative pieces from "hide k 1896 | mikio ART" as well as artworks by "MIKIO ART."

Founded in 2013 by Hideyuki Kasuga (Ph.D. in Engineering), the eco-friendly product brand “hide k 1896®” traces its origins to the family business “Kasuga Shoten,” a hemp wholesaler established in 1896 under the philosophy that “what is made by human hands should be returned to nature by human hands.” The brand develops a wide range of lifestyle products—including tableware, fashion, and furniture—based on “TRANSWOOD®,” an eco-friendly composite material formulated and designed in-house,“COMPOSITE TEXTILE,” to develop a wide range of lifestyle products, including tableware, fashion, and furniture.
